Will i damage it at all if i put the a garret turbo on a 16.5hp kohler engine? - off road racing buggy for sale

The stock engine is a 16.5hp Kohler engine. I want to do at least 25 hp this matter. This is my plan to make the engine, turbo, a cold air intake system and then add the engine to adapt to put pieces of valves, high performance engine like motorcycle racing.

My plan will have success or go Willmy engine broken?

I intend this in my habit, took to the road buggy.
